Once received, please use the equipment provided to add a small amount of ashes to the PetAshes bag before returning to our team in our pre-paid, secure envelop. If you have already ordered your photo frame on receipt of your ashes, our team will begin creating your order. If you have not placed an order for your frame our team will contact you to assist you. Your frame will be handcrafted by our craftspeople and securely sent back to you by recorded delivery.
